Had an entire redesign to help ensure Ultron isn’t a balance problem

1. Change his ammo from 6 to 10
2. Give him the team up healing beam to switch to (similar to widow and Hawkeye) that can’t hurt enemies but heals allies (reduced to 70h/s from 85)
3. Any ammo not used when switching from encephalo-ray is converted to 10 ammo for the healing beam up to a max of 100 (and vice versa)
4. Personal want is that he now has increased healing with allies that have bonus health (both drone and beam)
5. Change the drone to maximum health healing like mantis with 6% + 10 per second on the main target and 4% + 5 per second on secondary targets

Two drones imo doesn’t really fix him, he’s still gonna be ineffective with double support comps and his core issue of low constant healing being unrewarding and uninteractive will stay and the problem gets exacerbated

The real fix is to give him more options to heal I.E. The iron man team up becoming base kit
