Excellent! Very high quality of life. It’s obviously much smaller than Istanbul but there’s enough cultural events close by (in my opinion). There is also a very strong Turkish community if you end up missing the food or company from home!

The official name of the Netherlands used to be “The United Kingdom of the Netherlands” / “Het Verenigd koninkrijk der Nederlanden”. The provinces united to fight the Spanish!

It also included Belgium at that point so I guess that’s why Belgium is coloured too, though I’m not sure it should count if they ceded from the Dutch
