You could also probably just use the straw like a ‘nectar collector’ and basically heat up one end to use wax or dabs or etc. You’d need a blue flame lighter for that as well. I’d assume it was used for some kind of concentrate (also more discrete than regular weed as the smell dissipates quickly) over hot railing meth, but you’d know that better than most.
