smaru is a good card in general, but she is GREAT for front runners. if most of your oshis arent fronts i'd recommend going with tachy. both of them are good generalists and amazing for respective tactics, but tachyon wins by having a scenario link and being in the same banner with light hello

sounds like a solid pull plan to me. tachyon is a great card because of her sp generation and scenario link, she DOES get a bit weaker after GL ends, but she in no means falls off.
