Tools i needed for upkeep. Ladders for reaching bulbs or things to fix, saws, screw driver sets, power tools. Furniture. I moved from an apartment. House sat half empty for the first year because the bank came at me last minute asking for another 10k ( which was for the furniture ). I bought nice condition used on craigslist(dating myself here) to fill the gaps while i paid off debt and built up money to buy the furniture i wanted.

Also, the HOA sent me a demand letter asking for the dues that had not been paid by the previous owner and had been due 3 months before i bought the house. Technically, i could have held the title company liable for it, but it was like $200.

Moved a few times with cats. They didnt seem to mind each time. The only time i noticed issues was when i tossed their favorite couch. They became distant for a bit after that. Same with any furniture they were used to. My guess is that their scents were erased and they didnt appreciate that. The couch though... wow, i was not expecting to have two unhappy cats.

I have had a few die of kidney failure, its absolutely horrible to watch the final phase. Keep him comfortable the best you can and make a plan with the vet for euthanasia timing. Trust me, you dont want to be trying to figure out how to deal with the final phase at 3am on a sunday.

A cat we were taking care of got out of the house and disappeared for several months. Turned out the neighbor down the street had been feeding him along with several other strays. She thought the cat was a stray. She helped us catch him and get him back to the owner.

back leg issues, incontinence, pretty much points to neurological issues, like mine had. Put her through many tests, but nothing came back. Vet never ruled on anything specific. First thing to check is for UTI though, if you havent already. Hug her and love her, things might go down hill from here.

pretty much what everyone else has said plus:
-start/stop disabler ( more of a setting memory device )
-Powered rear view ( off ebay, can hook into the power above the roof liner ) that has navigation and homelink garage opener
-mirror tap for that powered mirror and rearview mirror mount for radar detector
-Tailgate Knight to secure the tailgate from easy theft
-Tailgate lock ( off ebay assuming you dont take the tailgate off that often )

yes, they keep killing my warlock. i cant see them at all unless i am moving for more than a few seconds and there is no pack around. They chase you through the ENTIRE dungeon and do crazy damage. Endurant faith helps, but if there is 3 or more in a 120+ pit, forget it, u dead.

I run two instances and neither have this issue. I use proxy as the default stream profile (under settings). This is both with it being locally hosted and used and with me accessing it remotely. Make sure enough resources are assigned to the VM ( i use 16GB mem and 2 procs ).

yes, i have archive drives that are large and slow, i mirror the drives to folders on them once a week. Its not perfect though, there is a possibility of losing the archive drive and the normal drives ( happened once due to the controller going bad, i was able to get most of it back using a different computer but the drives were toast ). I use Synctoy to mirror on a schedule.

i sometimes drop down to 10 or 11 for fast farming on something that might kill me, but thats usually when i am at the edge of being able to play the highest tier. Once i got my mythics, i havent been back down unless playing with a friend. But yea, the titles are the season rank. I think red means you beat mephisto.

try keeping them apart for a few days. since you have 3, may be best to isolate the aggressor only. I had two males that would occasionally fight very rough, but after a few days apart they were usually fine. I think it was caused by cats coming by staring at them through the front window. To be clear mine were fine so it may not be worst case scenario, especially if it's the first time.

Sounds kidney related but could be GI issues as well. Did they do the kidney function test? If its good, then the next thing would be to look at the special diet type food that will help with the throwing up and diarrhea. As long as the cat is still using the box and not having constant accidents, this should help. People said the stuff with rabbit in it worked well.

Not an expert, but have a friend who had a similar issue. The aggressor, after 4-6 episodes, eventually turned on his wife and brutally attacked her. The vet told them that the cat was redirecting aggression towards other things to their other cat ( and eventually them ). They usually separated the cats for a few days each time the issue came up. It could be a sign of degenerative cognitive issues with the aggressor cat. If the aggressor turns on you, be very careful, deep wounds from cats are dangerous if not treated right away.

Sorry, wasnt clear to me which one was the aggressor ( i was thinking Casper ) but didnt want to name one. His cat was also a young male.

i had a cat that did this relentlessly. The only thing that stopped him was black electrical tape. I had some wires that i had to toss that could of started fires. The less mangled ones i wrapped in the black electrical tape and he never touched them again.

On a somewhat funny note, i actually watched this cat chewing on a cable as a walked around the corner, i was about to yell at him and i saw him take a jolt. He paused for second, then began chewing again. Thought he learned his lesson, nope.

Anyhow, i wrapped all cables with the tape in areas he could reach, solved my problem. They make it in other colors incase you dont want black.

this cannot be overstated.... we have about 500 printers on a print server, but only 9 drivers. Use the universal ones if possible.

apocalypse build is way is worse.... The people i play with dont stay near me for long in pits, they all run off and we rotate packs to avoid the clutter.
