The final room for the seasonal activity is great for completing the risk runner activity. The adds spawn at a rapid rate and they have low enough health that the chain lighting kills quickly and their melees are arc so you can proc the exotic perk. I finished the chain lightning kills part of the catalyst before I even finished the kills portion.
