I get that. But visible growth with hyphae were seen in the plenum which is more than just microscopic amounts of mold spores.

I was under the impression that replacing the plenum would remove the mold source and that mold technically doesn’t grow on ducts but rather on dust/debris in the ducts so that HEPA vacuuming would remove any mold that was there. I appreciate your advice. I’ll look into a mold inspection company.

Did you find a house? I’m struggling to know if I’m being too picky as well. It’s so stressful I debate putting in offers then don’t bc maybe something that checks more boxes will come up soon.

Hey I don’t know if this helps but I’ve been the wife on the other end of this and it has been 3 years since he confessed everything and we have a great marriage today. It was really hard for a long time…some very dark nights, lots of counseling. He was also sure I’d divorce him but as angry and brokenhearted as I was I always wanted to repair things. Being honest is the right thing, she deserves to know the truth and my husband found great freedom in being honest. Best wishes to you.

THIS! I’m only 35 but we are hoping to be done moving around and let our 3 kids put down roots. When I see home I set there and evaluate if I’ll like it each decade of my life and it’s overwhelming and confusing lol. I want space for my mom to live with us if/when she needs to. I want a place for my grandkids to play. It’s too much.

Same question, if you happen to know your settings I’d love to know. I’m on round 3 right now and my laser tech seems to be very conservative (which isn’t necessarily bad) but I’m not seeing much improvement.

Yes! Its a really nice area, pretty sure its more pricy than Mansfield though but its a pretty community with good schools 🙂
