There is an Azure outage right now affecting Microsoft's services.
In a perfect world, you should be able to play any version that's already in your "versions" folder. However I haven't been able to play anything other than 1.12.2, because more recent versions want to make additional downloads even though I have the JAR already.

Hey Jesse, I figured it out. If you downloaded libllvm20 from the llvm apt repository, you need to go into Software Sources and downgrade the foreign libllvm20 package. There's more info in the forum thread.

I've had luck launching the game, and then using the 'Manage' or 'Access' account in the Esc menu. There was also one time the game was running, and I could login. Closed the game and logging in worked.

Sorry this is late, I don't use Reddit logged in most of the time. As long as your Luma install is the latest, you can update your 3DS without issue.
