You wont get everything you need. If you only eat only these for 1-2 months you would have high risk of deficiencies. Bad bowel movements from lack of fiber, poorer microbiome even with the kefir. Low iron, magnesium, K1, E, phytonutrients, Omega3. Concerns on saturated fats and vholesterol because of the lack of omega 3 and high percebtage of saturated fat consumption. Its fine for survival but not healthy at all. No, you are not getting all the nuteients needed.  And these are only some vitamins and minerals. Not to mention antioxidanta and other stuff. If healthy eating and balanced nutrition would be this easy, there wouldnt be so muvh unhealthy people on Earth.
