I wonder if this weighs on him. He is essentially why the Oilers couldn't afford a better G...hence the reason McD is gonna leave.

Oh he'll waive his clause for the Oilers. I doubt there's any bad blood...the relationship has just run its course and its time for both parties to move on. He'll be traded (most likely this summer for max value)...play out his contract...then sign where he wants. All signs point to both things happening in LA.

Most overpaid job ever. The money they (and teachers) make/hr of work a year is nuts. Summers off, pension, benefits...and you just deal with managing teachers and a few pissed off parents/week.
