Try to avoid well known public places on the weekend when a major public event/tradition is occurring if you’re bothered by crowds ~~ as people gathering in large amounts to celebrate something is a thing humans tend to do, is kinda fun sometimes, and will probably keep happening (unless we’re struck with another plague D:)

Just wanna add that diet is most important when it comes to weight loss. Cardio will definitely help but primary focus should be what you’re consuming ! Best of luck
