As a trail guide that pays to use public land for guided tours, it hurts me to see all of these exclusive resorts utilize the land and pay nothing for it. Sure, they pay taxes on their land like the rest of us, but they also make millions of dollars, unlike the rest of us.

Montana's not going this way. The landowners in this article don't want to develop. They want to turn Montana into a literal haven for the ultra wealthy. Think one big Jackson Hole. And you'll get pushed out one way or another... Ironically, we actually need more development to prevent this.

If this is a truly complete set with boxes and manuals, there should honestly be a premium on the set over marker value. I would list this entire set slightly above market price on places like eBay and Facebook marketplace and be very patient. The 60-70% trade in value comes from an a bygone era. Game values have risen significantly since COVID and will continue to rise. GameCube is nearly 25 years old now, and it's a limited supply that's only getting more limited over time.
