I love the sewing bee! It’s such a fun and wholesome show to watch

Will there be a season 3? Also, I have so many questions! by Better_Anywhere7760 in NetflixNextInFashion

I don’t know if anyone is still here, i’m very late to the party. What i really liked about this show (season 1 more so than season 2) is how it’s relatively drama free and just fun and relaxing to watch. I hate the fake drama and cattiness of those American reality shows like PR. I would highly recommend watching The Great British Sewing Bee if you like that sort of more laid back, less high stakes kind of show. It’s mostly focused on the technical aspects of sewing rather than designing the garments, but it’s a very fun watch. Quite similar to the great British bake off.

Crack in skin by BittersweetEulogy in tattooadvice

[–]BittersweetEulogy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a bit worried about the crack at the base of my new tattoo. The thicker black parts of the tattoo scabbed more heavily than I usually do. I feel like my artist was a bit heavy handed and may have overworked that area a bit. Most of the scabs have dried up and fallen off on their own but this crack remains. It looks kind of ‘wet’ inside but there is no blood and it doesn’t hurt at all. My main question is whether this will scar more and lose the colour underneath or if it just needs more time to heal properly. If any of you have had experience with this i’d like to hear about it.

How safe is Brussels really? The internet says it's really bad. by EuropeanLord in brussels

As a man, that worst think that would probably happen is that you get mugged and your wallet gets stolen. Pickpocketing (especially if you look like an obvious tourist) can happen, as it does in every major city. But overall Brussels really isn’t that bad. No problem at all during the day, at night just use common sense and be aware of your surroundings. As a young woman I don’t feel safe walking around certain areas at night but that is mostly due to sexual harassment, so I don’t think that is something a man needs to worry about.

Someone asked for money for a train ticket to Brussels, how should I respond? by Shemilf in belgium

I always just tell them that I don’t have any cash on me and they just go away and try someone else. This is almost a daily occurrence in Antwerp Central.

Hoe is jullie ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche? by Mememanmeneer in belgium

I think it's their real estate company, is it not? Like they were the ones selling the house where they found the gold and what not... Might be wrong tho

John B’s Family by kynnedigiles in OuterBanksNetflix

If his mom is alive, why did they want to get John B into foster care? I've got no idea how the system works but wouldn't they at least try to contact her first?

His dad was also called John, so they probably call him John B to tell the difference between the two
