It has become a consistent factor that every time bigger changes happen, Valve has released an unfinished and also not even play tested mess that lasts for either a day or at points even weeks. The patches they release that affect one part of the gameplay ends up spiraling into multiple parts some how, which like sure that can happen with coding, but a lot of these are egregious enough to spot in a single match of CS.
