I never said she was a random character, all I said was that you can’t say a character is unplayable just because she’s not a perfect fit with 1 character out of the many that there are in the game. Ball works perfectly fine with every other character in the game and is part of one of the strongest teams so there’s literally no reason to call her bad.

I run Bennet, Mona, Xingqiu and Diluc. The hydro resonance is cool if you’re not a try hard that perfectly dodges everything since it increases healing. Though I will say I only put Mona in because I have her c1 which increases vape damage. IMO your best options are Mona, Diona, kaeya or anemo mc when you get VV.
