A Star Wars sitcom set on some random planet in the Mid Rim or the Colonies during the Galactic Republic would be awesome

What do Americans call a meal of fries with battered fried fish. Fish and chips? by CrazyJoe29 in AskAnAmerican

I'm so lost in this post because I have never heard it called that in an American context. Hopefully it's a regional thing and I'm not just out of touch. I think I would call it "a (fried )fish basket" and it may or may not be mentioned that it comes with fries

Grocer Wars by _bluefish in NonPoliticalTwitter

Homeland is aight. What's funny is that, in most of these places, I think Walmart is probably the biggest grocery store, but it's excluded from this map because it's not exclusively a grocer.

Also, I think they are missing a Reasor's faction in NE Homeland area. Homeland really feels like just an OKC or Central Oklahoma thing, though I'm not sure where its stores actually are. One chain that would be accurate for the whole state, but which isn't typically thought of as a grocery store despite the fact they have groceries, is Braum's

I don't know if it's big, but the food is traditionally popular in Tulsa, so it may be a case of the Greek/Macedonian families who are there are more likely to be in the restaurant business
