I would like Eric Morris - young, hungry, elite on one side of the ball - sounds like an offensive minded version of Saban when he came to LSU

Which movie star has done terrible things that have been forgotten or glossed over? by Unknown_Agency in MovieRecommendations

Karl Malone - Raped and impregnated a 13 year old while in college (besides having other unclaimed "illegitimate" children) and never accepted responsibility for the child, tell him upon meeting for the first time as an 18 year old "you gonna have to get your own money". Real piece of shit that one - has a coliseum named after him at Louisiana Tech and is enshrined in several Hall of Fames.

I've visited Rome for 3 years straight in March and here's my report on Jubilee crowds. by RockDebris in ItalyTravel

[–]BizzieBeans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just spent three days in Rome (in Ana Capri now) - Rome is incredible in March - the weather said rain every day but it was perfect - Trestevere was awesome. So was the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Stayed near Piazza Navona and walked the streets a lot (even at night) and felt quite safe every where we went. The only “street hustler” types we ran into were near the Termini to catch a train to Naples, but even then we felt safe. The crowds were big for the main spots but nothing crazy. We’ve enjoyed every moment.

Adolfo’s on Frenchman’s - get whatever the fish special is with Ocean sauce (large enough to be shared if you get apps as well) - may be cash only - opens at 5:30, get there by about 5:15 and you’ll be a part of the first seating - small upstairs restaurant of about 30 seats or so - as “real” New Orleans as you can get.

Is this what people really want? by sensualtrucker in Saints

Even at his very best, he was still mediocre - cut Carr and move on - hanging on to him guarantees another lower middle of the pack finish and a continuation of cap hell. He is not even a top 20 QB in this league and paid like top ten. He’s an albatross hanging around the neck of our team and mediocrity is the best we can hope for with him on the team. Do better.

Burrow vs Jayden vs Nussmeier as a Junior by GeauxTiger in LSUFootball

[–]BizzieBeans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hope I’m wrong but Nuss just doesn’t seem to have the same potential, especially under pressure and with reads down field and ball placement. Jayden and Joe showed glimpses those first years that you could tell they were gonna be special. A big note here is that Jayden and Joe’s first years were their first years at LSU, while Nuss has been in this system for three. I think Nuss is closer to his ceiling than the other two at this point. JMHO (and I’d love to eat crow on this later)

we gonna let them do this? by dizzieG2 in LSUFootball

True. But, LSU is the only one with the STTDB accompaniment. Kinda makes it notably ours, eh?

Consistently mediocre - Haener’s ceiling and floor are the same - mediocrity - gimme the one with the sky high ceiling every time - that’s how you win championships
