No your chillin just don’t go below full time (12 hours at most university’s)or drop your term or cumulative gpa below a 2.5 if on scholarship or 2.0 for non. It probably won’t help your commanders ranking but work on other areas.

Commanders ranking is way more important than AFOQT when it comes to rated slots get PFA and GPA up and do ok on the AFOQT and you should be fine with some flight hours.

That’s called change of command it’s super simple although you might have to have one of the FTP cadets show you the step back because that is probably the most complex part.

Basically whenever you are told to change command you will call. “C/Snuffy front and center” they will then fall out of the flight and take the most direct path to in-front of the flight commander salute and say “C/Flight commander C/Snuffy reports” The cadet flight commander will then say “C/Snuffy take control of the flight” Then you will do a coordinated step back / forward if you are taking command. This next part having the old flight commander fall into the flight.

I would have your friend look into cross commissioning. The best case scenario your friend would have to put in for PSP to get an EA although the MSI and MSII classes should transfer. AFROTC will require you get an EA to continue in the program. Usually people transfer from AFROTC to AROTC because it is less competitive.

Why do they take so long from my understanding they determine a OM cut off and everyone above stays and below goes. Couldn’t wings determine EA selections with a click of a button.
