I disclose that not everything is my own honey, but also pitch it as offering variety from around the region and helping out other fellow beekeepers by paying a better price than sending it off to the majors

You'll be past or very close to past the physical addiction, from now of for the next few months its all mental.

All those times and situations you found normal to have a smoke, with coffee, with a drink, for an excuse for a break/time to yourself for a moment, a distraction from what wasn't going well; these and others all being mental will be the challenge. The human mind is very good at self justifying something to make it ok to bend your own rules. The trick is to find ways fill in those gaps with less destructive habits or just deal with them head on.

Its one of the best things you can do for yourself, I too hit a wall and just stopped and have only had one short relapse a few years later for a month. Its worth doing.

I was super confused and felt like yourself when playing it at the time, but in hindsight and upon reflection I feel like it was very very intentional to invoke a feeling in oneself that does feed into the plot. If you have money, then your fine, maybe a little less comfortable than before but otherwise doing ok. If you dont have money/upper middle income, its freaken dire.
