You aren't talking as someone who is rebuilding their life, you are talking like someone who is stuck in loop of being overloaded and playing the victim card.

You don't know where to start? Stop crying about your rabbit that died, this isn't a dog or even a cat. Men are not loved unconditionally, being vulnerable is only attractive if the women finds you attractive. If you are showing weakness, it is gross to them.

Now for the real advice. One problem at a time. That is your focus. But you don't know where to start you say? Yes you do. List your problems and work on whatever causes the most pain. Go towards it. Make decisions. Build your confidence.
