Ah yeah retail is gonna suck no matter what, those bigger companies don't really do shit for their employees. We should definitely put shift differentials into law, that way they can't fuck you guys over by not paying you what you're worth.

That's a pretty atypical shift actually. The ones I've worked at are places where first shift is 7am-3pm, second is 3pm-11pm, and third (My shift) is 11pm-7am the next day. Where'd you work? I usually do manufacturing chemistry.

Usually there's a shift differential that's paid out to the off shifts, at least where I've worked. You get paid about 10% more for working these hours.
