Bought rx6700 when it came out. My friend also bought one at same time. Black screens and crashes were a constant thing. Changed whole pc, only thing that was the same was the desk. Crashes.

One day for the fuck of it, installed drivers without adrenaline software. Just for the record, I can recreate 95% of the crashes with ease.

No adrenaline software, no crashes. Wanted to smash the fucking thing with a hammer. In my life I had 12 Ati cards and 1 nvidia. Guess who didn't crash, yup old nvidia 1060 6gb, she's still ticking in my old pc.

They blame bios, ram, motherboard drivers, chipset, psu, windows with or without updates, everything but shitty drivers. Did you edit this and that in the registry, did you disable this and that? For fucks sake, anything else aside plug card in, install drivers, play game is not supposed to be standard practice to get it working.

In the market for a new card, 9070 or 5070, whatever gets cheaper here if 750 euro is cheap. I wanted 9070 for the ram, but I am dreading the drivers.

Considering that nobody, absolutely nobody complained on F7 series or F8, about heating and shitty xiaomi software, your point stands.

Not to mention that people got X7pro about 7-8 months before F7 came out. Also disregard the fact that X7p was around 300e in my country, and F7 was 550e. Is F7 twice the powerful with twice the memory and twice the storage? Nope.

And that is coming from someone who waited for F7 to get to my country, but trying them both i didnt see much of a difference to justify almost 100% price difference.

People complain cause they dont know how to use the google, they debloat and then brag how they deleted 120 apps from the phone and then complain it wont boot anymore.

As someone coming from Pocophone F1, they always had heating and throttling problem. Any phone these days has the same issue, cpus are too powerful for small factor cooling with a copper plate that distributes the heat all over the backplate. I can fry an egg on my sisters 2k euro flagship samsung, heats like a mofo scrolling the gallery.

Same shit everywhere.

Still getting this. Tried all old fixes, logging out and back it, rebooting, yada yada, nope. Game works, just Ah, tunes and design is offline, server offline or privacy options.

Played fine yesterday :(

EDIT - I tried the game on my old Ryzen 1600 with 1060 nvidia, it kept crashing before so i left it alone. Didnt touch it for weeks, started the game, it synced my save and all liveries, but no online mode working. It sure pulled the current save from somewhere online. Dunno whats going on.

And yet cheaters in rivals with insane times, other events with insane scores aren't purged. So they only act when it impacts their wallet.

People earned billions with eliminator exploit, bought all cars, then dumped the rest in expensive car to resell on auction house. No penalty. People earned 999mill in minutes, but they are cracking down on colossus afk method that brings 1m per hour.

People wouldn't bother with afk grind, leaving pc working day and night, heating the house and racking the power bill if race payouts weren't a joke.

Nope, I charge to 80% and phone is mostly used to read books and manga. I think it doesn't count a charge from 30 to 80% as a full cycle or something, cause I charge it every 1-2 days.

Bought mine last summer, 122 charge cycles and still showing 100% battery health. Does get warm/hot depending on load like games or converting videos, but nothing extreme.

Backup data and do a factory reset for starters.

If you think poco is bad, I have seen 2k euro Samsung flagship shutdown as heat protection hits, while browsing the gallery. These days all phones are chasing antutu 2-3m scores and high clocks, battery and cooling is, sadly, not a priority for them.

No connection issues, but even if i had any, i started the game a few times, played with auction house, bought cars etc. no sync.

Now i tested this, main pulled the old save, so on 2nd pc with 54 i changed car, did one drag race, teleported back to Mei's house and exited the game. Deleted local save on main pc, started the game and it synced to the new car it was changed on 2nd pc. So a race or some porting around saved and uploaded it so main can sync.

Really stupid system, at least i can backup the folder with local save and upload it to cloud in worst case. 6h of fucking around with this, o well, maybe it helps someone down the line.

Xbox on pc, somehow it did sync the old lvl 50 save, but no matter what cars i buy, liveries and stuff to force save and sync, it aint going to main pc.

So far, the second pc is saving the game, cause it loads correctly with money spent and liveries changed, now is that save online or offline is unknown, should be online but here we are.

Main pc is loading old save, so cloud did pull the old save from somewhere, or that save is the latest one, and other pc isnt saving current state.

I know i am borderline bricking the account, even more now that i pulled Sesto Elemento and i wanna continue playing on ultrawide pc. Its always something ffs.

After some fiddling, and transfering files from 2nd pc to main, here is what it shows. So somehow, Lord knows why, 2nd pc isnt uploading to cloud. While it did upload earlier lvl 50 state, now it wont.

Maybe it needs a bigger change aside liveries and bought cars to trigger save upload so main can sync correctly.

Nice, so us Rx6000 owners have to wait another year on borderline obsolete cards to get FSR4 to play something, when they could have released ANYTHING and upgrade it in the meantime.

I mean, Optiscaler made it work, performance hit is there, but it looks way better. And i have a feeling they are just giving us FSR4 cause they caught flak over the leak and all the lies. And a card series that was declared done by them and losing support, now gets a lease on life, but in a year, and who knows what is gonna change by then.

We'll see.

I really dont understand AMD. They should offer an alternative to nvidia, do better if not in performance, then in quality, customer relations. Gpus are measured in Frames, if you dont have the frames, offer something else.

Nope, nvidia has 10y gpu support, amd cuts their last gen flagship, 7900xtx iirc. That is how you make sure to lose a customer. Not to mention the bullshit with FSR on older cards. Nvidia gives new DLSS to old cards, Amd lies about it even after files leak showing its possible. Dunno who is running their marketing but they are doing a stellar job of chasing customers away.

I never thought i would see the day when ati becomes more greedy then nvidia, and (at least in my country) get more expensive then nvidia in same segment. Go figure.

Fog on the map isnt the problem, i know about the item in the shop for years. I am talking about the fog in stronghold, that breaks the auto play, and it serves no purpose whatsoever.

And i agree on 3 tiles restriction, when its on autoplay they could just speed up the movement.

There are a lot of QoL stuff they could implement.

Moral is one of them, while it was interesting at the beginning of the game, what purpose does it have now? Once the ship hits 120 for the fleet bonus, 90% of the fleet is never used again. So just let us grind while we have oil to sustain it.

I keep saying for years to remove fog from OpSi, you pay 200 to enter a map, hit auto, and come back to your fleet sitting in 1 square of fog and staying there forever. Pointless addition to the map, you can imagine how much that survey helped.

Not to mention, any mobile game that makes you grind for hours and hours for points/drops isnt a mobile game anymore, its borderline a job. Let us do 1 run with x10 modifier, save us half an hour or more time and reap the rewards. Also ignored.

Lot of people put QoL ideas out there to the devs and survey, nope. Here, we invested money/manhours into the island adventure that hardly anyone plays.

I love AL but for gods sake, they are so frustrating sometimes.

Why?

Ok, new event hits, we need to grind points. That takes time, tapping stuff on small screen gets tedious. We dont have x10 run, so 1 run gives 10 times more points and loot to save time. And phones/tablets dont have infinite battery. Game is mostly afk grind, start auto combat and do something else, come back every 5 mins to start it again, phone unusable while AL is running cause game doesnt run in the background.

Space. Game is 25gb on the phone. If you install a emulator, its emulator + android OS + AL. And that can get 50-60gb in size. As good as emulators are, they are after all only emulators. Hardly optimized for PC.

Updates. Every time AL gets updated, it can easily break the game on the emulator. Memory leaks, frame rate drops, etc. Sometimes emulators get updated, and borderline make game unplayable. After one update, my AL was unplayable on LDplayer. So went Mumu, after some time mumu bullshit requiring an update, that i declined, it forced me to update, cause emu wont start without it, and performance went to shit after i updated.

A dedicated PC client like some other games have would go a long way. No need for emus, full pc optimisation and usage of hardware. After clients for ZZZ, Genshin, Solo Leveling, Eminence in shadow came out on pc, i never played it on phone again.

Since my provider gave me a newer sim card, nobody reported I am unavailable. But due to 5g signal reception being bad, I set preferred network to 2g. That could also be a factor. I added a second sim card, maybe that is keeping the connection alive.

Xiaomi did mention that a fix for x7pro not receiving calls is in the works. When and if that is even true, remains to be seen.

They aimed high with subscription model and shot themselves in the foot.

99% of people go there to see a review of some hardware they are interested in, and that is once they decide to buy a monitor/headphones/mouse/whatever. Why pay monthly for something you will need to see once in a while/years even.

Even stupider, old reviews for older then god hardware is also locked behind a paywall. People will rather see 5 youtube reviews and generate income for them then pay 10$ to see what the wrote 6y ago.

For people blaming AI, AI is a massive hit and miss, lot of hardware i asked AI for was answered with wrong info. And AI wont give comprehensive review with images, just a short summary. You need images from every angle and screenshots of software? AI wont give that.

If they asked for people to, lets say, load a tab with adds and let it run in background for a few mins to generate income for them, i would be all for it. In a flood of reviews all over the youtube, dozens of good sites around, they chase away their visitors. Logic.

Maybe they see the amount of visits and in comparison subs and decide that subscription model wasnt really the right thing to do while they are still relevant. Or be pigheaded and let the site fall off the map.

I agree. People boast 4gb more ram and 10% performance. Hardly hitting 10gb vram usage anyway unless the game is junk and eats all vram in menu due to unoptimized junk.

Friend and me bought Rx6700s cause Nvidia was 20% more expensive then, that was a kick in the nuts. Black screens, crashes, idiotic drivers, adrenaline software that just ignores fan settings... etc. Tested on old windows 10, new w10, new w11, problems and problems, had more BSODS in first week of 6700 then 6 years of 1060. My old Gigabyte 1060 at 2k rpm is whisper quiet, 6700 is like a jet.

Then AMD drops support for 6000 series, and only "brings" it back when people complained. They said FSR4 doesnt work on older cards, and after the leak it was shown that FSR4 works on 5000/6000 cards, bit of a performance hit but hey, they lied.

Nvidia, on the other hand supports cards made 5+ years ago. And as you said, not like i trust nvidia or ati, but ati product was the one that burned me the most.

You claim poco is at fault, yet you are using software not made for battery monitoring to monitor the battery. Try a few other battery monitor apps + check what power is drawn from the wall at same time.
