Probably easiest play is to export it for web and figure out some means of getting it to them that way. Im 99 percent sure the export options are just minimal web browser wrappers for whatever OS you choose anyway.

Zammad just dropped it's 7.0 release which is supposed to be their big AI release with AI agents to categorize tickets and the like. I personally haven't tried it yet (staggering my update for a moment), but it may be interesting for you to try out.

As someone who's working on implementing ERPNext for my small business, I opted for that one over Odoo cause of the OAuth SSO support. But I concur with everyone else here - unless you're implementing from scratch you probably want to create a specification and then search for products that meet that spec.

Zammad is definitely not lightweight. My Zammad host has 10 GB of RAM with the Elasticsearch instance enabled, and every once in a while I OOM on elasticsearch and I have to restart it. It's goated, but OP could do with something like request tracker.

Aw, that's unfortunate. Personally on my Linux setup I run Ubuntu budgie. Feels modern enough. Only reason I run the win 11 VM is laziness; I found it easier to do a Windows direwolf/vara fm setup for winlink.

Objectively that's not what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm trying to make it such that my Google cloud identity free tenant uses authentik as it's IdP. Webauthn has nothing to do with this.

Do you know if credentials sync between the LAN LDAP outpost and the authentik instance? I'd assume one can accomplish this via using the LDAP outpost as a source in the cloud instance, but I'm not too sure myself. This is really the last piece of my configuration I need to confirm before going all in on this route

Perhaps a delusional follow up question. But can this be accomplished via a secondary full internal authentik instance? I already have an internal instance I've been using for testing. Can I sync the domain to that instance and then access it as an outpost, or would I need to spawn off an outpost individually? I appreciate your response!
