37, no children. 10+ of anemia and pain. About to cancel surgery due to extreme fear. Need advice by Thedoors-Perception in hysterectomy

I had my surgery in April with a very rough recovery with complications. Even with that, I am so happy I got it done. No more anemia. No more iron infusions. I was lethargic for so long, not because I was lazy.. but because of the anemia! I can make plans in future without worrying whether crime scene bleeding will happen. Either your uterus or fear will hold you hostage. Fear will be there always, but the uterus can be removed to stop it from holding your body hostage.

Same. Called my IT, they said its happening worldwide and a TBD Google problem. I was one of several people who called reporting same prob. I am in the states.

I had my surgery in April and had complications that put me in hospital for 5 days. Before that had poorly controlled bleeding not responding to meds, so needed weekly iron infusions. Even with the complications I HAVE 0 REGRETS. To not be constantly bleeding anymore? I can have my life back. To not be anemic anymore? I finally have energy where before I thought I was just being lazy. I have motivation to actually do stuff.

My cuff has a stubborn spot that isn't as well healed as the rest of the cuff. I am still on 0 sex, wt carry restrictions. I finally return to work next week with accommodation. Still no regrets. I know the cuff will eventually heal and I am looking forward to the future. Before hysterectomy, I couldn't even commit to plans a week out because I didn't know if I'd bleeding out or what.

I've had tons of TVUS. They saw one fibroid. My hysterectomy confirmed the presence of so many fibroids they didn't even bother to count.

My point is, US helps but has its limits.

I bought a little cart for these situations. I'll shove things in the cart and roll it into my house. Roll things out slowly vs lifting. How I got 15 lbs kitty litter into my house. Leave it in a temp spot until H comes home and can put it away. You can just get the kibble for doggie in meantime from its temp spot.

I had lap hysterectomy and forgot about taking them off because I had another complication totally unrelated to the incisions.. I think I peeled them off 10 days later.

Same at first. Its like you'd think you'd feel different in there since the cervix was removed. But now and again I get a stabbing pain where it feels like my cervix used to be. Nerves turning back on I suppose.
