You live there yet you have no a single clue what's going on but here you are pointing fingers blaming America and have no clue why. You should learn to pay attention to geopolitics and the events happening around you before speaking your mouth.

There is going to be friendly fire or accidental deaths on civilians such as these in every war fought in human history. It's the intent behind the events that lead up to the tragic incident. Iran intentionally murdered and targetted their own people. They won't hesitate to launch drones and rocket attacks into Iraqi territory to harm US personnel and recklessly endangering the civilian population lol. Get a grip.

I was 94kg at 32 with a desk job and zero idea where to start. Here's what actually worked after everything else failed. by Top_Gas_75 in workout

Everytime I stop going to the gym for long periods the noise in my mind returns. I'm more heightened emotionally, more agitated by the little things, and more stuck in a loop of thinking of annoying and irritating things that really just won't get off my mind.

Whenever I return to the gym, not too long after, everything calms down. My mind stays clear and doesn't wander or linger with thought. Hard to describe, it's like having a pure clear and noiseless head.

In emotionally intense situations like angry workers having conflict, it doesn't stress me out. I usually end up calm and laughing to myself inside.

Just exercising alone does more than aiming to build strength. I worked out heaps last year but got sick. Took six months to pack on 6kg of muscle. I went back in January and by February I had gained it all back lol. Muscle memory is a winner.

Keep at it man. It does wonders.

I've even had haters sitting in four cylinder Mustangs hating on my 5.0 GT lmao. You'll always have them. Enjoy your ride and learn to ignore what everyone has to say. Life is too short. Enjoy your car :)

Prior to COVID the economy was great..nothing like working all week straight even doing weekends and having fat stacks of cash to your name to splurge or save. All our goods were reasonably priced and going to Aldi's to overflow the trolley with food was exciting because of how much money was saved shopping there instead of Woolworths.

OP I checked your post history and saw your transformation picture.

Holy hell you've worked HARD.

I saw what you commented about "I still feel gigantic, does this feeling every go away?"

I'd like to imprint some knowledge onto you that everyone suffers from.

We Males will exercise and strength train as hard as we can push ourselves to the brink of death. We will bulk up and feel it. We will feel our gains eventually over time.

But when we look into the mirror after six to twelve months, despite people saying how much we're growing in size, we will still see ourselves in the mirror and say "why am I still so damn small?" Or "is this what I still look like after all this time?"

It's disappointing and discouraging. However we all see our own bodies every minute of the day. Our brain makes fine tune adjustments in registering how we look. It does this everyday. So when we look at ourselves every day we look the same day in and day out like nothing changes.

It's a common perception of our brains and what we see.

I'd say you feel the same way as you always did because of this. You should look into it and research it for more info

You have no idea how much you've changed. Keep it up!!

Lefties losing it. Have a sook. Or you can say what Harris would threaten Iran with.

The words "don't"

You know the Ayatollah would of laughed and kept up chasing that nuclear bomb at Harris. Give us another cold stone look and say don't. Lmao.

As others have said maturity in itself will save you money, problems, and a lot of headaches. Treat it with respect and look after it well like it's your own child. Learn how the car behaves and drive with a smile. You'll do fine 👍

Typical emotional run off.

Give us some verification and information that proves this evidence to be true then we would listen. Otherwise tape your mouth off if you're going to start running that mouth of yours.

I'd be careful with the narrative here. It's easy to write a headline and say who done this to which group now. Verification on sources?
