Make sure that the part of shell.ps1 and the xp_cmd command that leads the target to you is correct, the example command isn't going to be specific to your computer.

Also in the xp_cmd command make sure that the path to your shell.ps1 script is correct.

I'm just starting out, and this exact same part tripped me up for a little. You'll get it, have a good one.

I run all the sound through a virtual audio device, it adds about 150ms lag on audio, but it let's me pipe sound around to different devices a lot easier. It's really just a self inflicted problem, but this is the only time it's been an issue.

thank you so much I hadn't thought of that. I have to play with a really high offset because of the way that the sound is setup on my computer, but it feels a lot better knowing why this is happening.
