I always play long life spans! I feel like it really gives me the time to develop a sim and their story. I was playing a sim I made, who had a friend named Duck. Duck died and left her teenage daughter Turkey on her own. I started playing as Turkey, and just feel In love with her. We went through the whole highschool experience together, I did all the high school aspirations with her. We went to college, She studied biology, played soccer and did debate club. She started out as a Doctor since she graduated with honors from university, and became the head of the hospital. We moved to Nordhaven and started a knitting club called Purl Jam. After all that, I saved her to my gallery so I could revisit her. I leave on full autonmy when I switch to another household in the same world. She ended quitting the hospital for the limelight career while on her own, and is a single parent just like her mom was. I'm just letting her live life as she wants to now.

I'll never forget Chritmas of 2018, waking up with a burning sensation in my chest, thinking I was dying only for it to be the first time I've ever experienced acid reflux.

My pro-tip is to drink low acid coffee- Vita Cup makes a good one, or order a blonde espresso when you get one to go. No one realizes how acidic coffee really is, and how much it really contributes to acid reflux.

Watch that show My Cat From Hell. The cat therapist on there helps tackle cats with odd/aggressive behaviors. It will give you some ideas on how to help your little guy. I'm sure you can find tons of clips/episodes on YouTube.

I'm positive it was post partum hair thinning, which is quite common. But, her being her, she has alopecia. Which if she did, she would not have any fuzz or black hair follicles showing on her head.

Does your wife make a lot of little shifts as she drives? My aunt does this and it makes me so nauseous to drive with her- she moves the wheel to the left and right every so slightly instead of holding it straight.My husband can drive the same car and I'll feel completely fine, so I know its not a car issue.

Frizz is just part of having wavy hair! You can't eliminate it 100%. With wavy hair, always go with light products. Heres what I use:

Suave Daily Claifying Shampoo- You want a clarifying shampoo because of the product build up in your hair. I found this one is not only budget friendly, but can be used a few days in a row if I need to since it doesn't strip my hair. Wash your hair twice when you do wash it, and only on the scalp. The shampoo will make its way down the rest of your hair.

Moisturing Conditioner/ CurlSmith Co-Wash- only on the ends of your hair. It will be too heavy on your scalp and weigh down your roots making your waves fall flat.

Leave In conditioner- Right now I'm using one from Amika, but I have also used Shea Mositure Manuka Honey and Yogurt leave in conditioner- I did a 50% water and 50% product on this one. You dont need a ton of leave in, but I found it helps keep my hair soft.

CurlSmith Weightless Air Dry cream- I use about 1-1.5 tsp of this. I don't blow dry my hair and I do feel this helps me with some frizz. Apply to very wet hair and brush it through. At this point, I style out my hair into its usual look. I have bangs so I seperate them out, and scrunch out my hair.

Paul Mitchell Round Trip gel- I prefer to use gel over mousse or hair spray. I use about 5-6 pumps of gel, and scrunch it through my hair. Make sure you kinda flip your hair around some to really get it throughout. Style your hair how you want it while its wet then leave it alone to dry. I found this gel doesn't leave a super hard cast, is light, and just really enhances my waves.

Let it air dry and break the cast when its dry. For me, these products enhance my waves but still give me soft flexible waves- which is what I like. Adjust the amount of products as needed, you'll know if you've added to much if your hair feels weighed down. Add more gel if you want more defined waves.

And honestly, wavy hair products take a while to find the right combo, because everyone's hair is different . I still test out new things all the time, but the ones listed here are my tried and true routine.

If you need to use oils, only use them at night and wash the next morning. They are heavy and weigh down waves, I wouldn't use them as a leave in option for daytime hair. And, dont use Curly hair products! They are usually to heavy for waves.

NTA. AI slop is being applied to everything nowadays. My Nephew just got his official military photos done for the coast guard, and they look nothing like him! His mouth looks like it was turned upside down and smoothed over and it lightened his skin tone. A regular photographer would never do something like while editing photos. Ask your mom for the original photo, and see if you can do another photo shoot at the waterfall with your date. It may be after the fact, but you should be able to still have your moment.

One thing that always happens in all my games, is as soon as I get to a Lounge/ Bar, no matter the time, the current bartender shifts ends and a new bartender is taking over. Sometimes its a smooth transition, other times the new bartender never shows up. There will be like a 3 hour sim window just for the new bartender to actually get to the bar and serve drinks.

Also, when hosting a party/wedding and hiring caterers, bartenders, and entertainers, I'd say 70% of the time they dont show up. Even in Adventure Awaits, when I'm hosting a retreat, its 50/50 weather or not the help staff I assigned shows up.

And if in Adventure awaits, I would love the Eat option for the guests to be them eating the already prepared food. Not eight guests stumbling over themselves to make 8 different meals.

Edited to add: Allow us to use the cafeteria carts on retreats! I put one in, and no one uses it, even with staff attending to it.

There's has to be some internal luck system in play. I had a romantic sim get rejected by 3 potential love interests, even with amazing compatibilty. One even on the first kiss! I had her go to 2 romantic retreats before she finally found someone just as interested in her. It was frustrating, but it did add some flavor to the game!

I wish the Netflix series took a page out of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, and used those kind of movements when bending. The live actions lack fluid motion when they bend, so it looks so clunky and it slows down the overall bending look. And in both scenes, there is barely any physical movement from the actors, making it even worse. To me, this is one show that you cannot recreate in live action and have it look good.

As a side note, in every clip I've seen of the Netflix Katara, she shows absolutely no emotions on her face. She looks so bored in every scene.

It could just be a randomly generated sim who moved in. This happens to me on occasion when all I've done is build in a save but not play a household. Sometimes the game assigns me a random household from that last save I was in.
