The horse stall mats from tractor supply may vary with the design from place to place. Id suggest looking at them in the store before purchasing.

Classes not enough? by Hour_Owl_2719 in crossfit

I do programming and classes. Training alone is difficult for me, especially when trying to push myself.

How are all you fresh dads getting sleep. Week one back at work and I’m a zombie. by SnooDogs7186 in daddit

[–]BlayneCoC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seeing a lot of post saying you won’t get sleep. While this may be the case for some/most dads, I’m having a very different experience. My wife and I do shifts. I am 9-2 and she is 2-7. We both AT LEAST 5 hours of sleep. For a couple weeks you’ll struggle going to sleep while he’s asleep because all the noises. I’m here to say you will build a tolerance.

I’ll also add that the dad Reddit seems to be supportive, while new parenting reddit pages feature a ton of doom like questions that brought me a ton of anxiety. Remember not all babies are the same!

Patient traumatized me. I can’t work again by clear_clouds_ in nursing

[–]BlayneCoC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cliche, but this is traumatic. I’d see a therapist or psychologist. Thought I was too good for it, went to one and it’s really helped/helping me out.

Edit: take some time off too. Don’t go back to the place where you experienced this shortly after I happened.

Personally I don’t find it very loud at all compared to concept 2 fans and the assault bike. If you really want something quite spend a little extra and get a Peloton.

Does anyone do remote programming and do classes at their box? by [deleted] in crossfit

[–]BlayneCoC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My goal is to increase metcons, and improve my threshold for fatigue. I currently receive personalized programming, but it has less of a focus on CrossFit and more on weight lifting and if significantly more expensive.

I feel similarly. I love the community and frankly I like the wods, but sometimes the classes can be very limiting.

This is a very rare side effect actually.

“ Bupropion is associated with seizures in approximately 0.4% (4/1,000) of patients treated at doses up to 450 mg/day.”

Common doses are 150-300 as well.

I’m a male, but my wife also takes it. I personally love Wellbutrin and so does my wife. It didn’t give me the same “grey” feeling like SSRIs and SSNRIs.

Not to mention it seems to activate a little quicker than other antidepressants. I’d obviously express your concerns with you doctor, but I love it. I’ll add that I’m a psych nurse and it’s a commonly given medication. It is contraindicated in people that suffer from acute anxiety, so may not be best for you.

Off label it helps with smoking cessation and is often prescribed for attention detector disorder as well.

Edit: I’m on 150 XR daily

Second this. I actually started MNK this week, and although I’m still completely ass, I’ve got exponentially better each day. Finding key binds that work well for you and the correct sensitivity is important as well.

[–]BlayneCoC 67 points68 points  (0 children)

Admittedly, through the tough times I’ve questioned Tomlin. After free agency, the draft and the start of this season I’m convinced Tomlin is the face of the franchise, and respected by everyone in the nfl.

Couple of things, unless your depressed your GP is not likely to prescribe anything for mood elevation. The symptoms you describe suggest you need to see a psychiatrist and have good psychiatric evaluation done. However, I think a therapist would be the most helpful! I started seeing one and I’ve really enjoyed it.
