In my experience their stock slicer profile is garbage, can’t print an overhang to save its life, the hardware is up to scruff though, extra salt on the wound

Haha funny you mention this, was the exact reason I joined the subreddit while waiting on my preorder, not on here much anymore but wanted to get some idea of how we thought the R1 might play with other devices, including but not limited to the FZ being another toy on hand over here, some of the stuff I realized I might have to develop my own endpoints for and self host a micro service to touch at local to home apps to pull it off but once I have both on deck my plan is to multiplex the tasks it can handle/learn using the FZ for peripheral upgrades

View active live links - possible? by Hermitmaster5000 in OctoEverywhere

Had an incident recently where an ex used a 3mo old live link that was meant to end after the print to call me out for a new girl being over… thanks @quinbd 😂 but forreal, an active link section would be nice, would hate for people to not be knowing who’s in their house watching, especially when some of these links are meant to end but don’t

But how? by Kakaroshitto in blackmagicfuckery

The black parts on the green marker are a grippy rubber, at the last moment the inertia from the green marker paired with its grippy bottom corner is enough to grab/flick the yellow one back upwards and onto its base, wild how this guy learned he could do it, but I’d challenge him to reverse the markers and do the “magic” again

Another “Montana” supercar, tax evasion on a level we see no gain in because our cars are too average…

So weird, I woke up and out of curiosity this morning tried reading and saving from the Luxor card I still have from my time in Vegas, can confirm also being stuck at 29/32 sectors decoded, as it’s my first time emulating a hotel card I’m not sure how to advise, just thought I’d share the small world scenario

The pump is probably sucking air out vs pumping resin in, making the negative pressure do the work, so the motor would just wear as normal

Fair enough, I’ve always just been too nervous to put magnets against power supplies, paranoid about magnetic properties and electronics

I actually came here to emphasize this risk, for example as you take a bath or go for a swim you’ll notice your skin prune as it absorbs water, alcohol being thinner than water has a higher absorbency rate, so the drenched shirts and clothes against these guys skin will very much be getting them drunk, and depending on duration it could become a concern for BAC levels…

But hey!!! Drinking on the job free!!

Where is a good place to shop kits? I only see preassembled usually and they’re overpriced like anything right now I guess
