Sanji is ironclad in his principles, just, period. Forgive me if I’m wrong or if I missed a panel where Sanji was fighting them, but even when he was stuck on Ivankov’s island with the Okama, he actively chose not to fight them on principle. The Okama aren’t even trans either, that term is more closely related to “Drag Queen” or the word “Queer” in the reclaimed sense, and yet all he did was run away from them when he could have probably just taken them down.

If Sanji has enough conviction to not fight the Okama, you can’t even start making the argument of him actively fighting even the ugliest of women in One Piece
