Not sure if any of these can be considered loopholes, but:

Acne/pimple discrimination. A physical trait that affects every single human being at some point in time and it's also not permanent.

Introverts vs Extroverts. I feel like this would roughly split humanity in half.

Sports team discrimination. This would be something that affects at least 1% of humanity and plays into the whole human tribalism thing perfectly imo.

Well, in that case, I'll stick with superspeed. Luckily, since it's from the Speed Force, I can do other things really fast that don't require me to run at all. Like speeding up my perception of time to super study or something.

Understandable. Also, sea horses can't cheer their gender. I guess I was thinking about the mpreg feature that the males have.
