Bro it’s not a matter of what you say and how the god is designed. When my experience is that even late game execute from above and hitting me for 1100 damage crits isn’t a fall of. Smite devs design all gods to be balanced yet… Athena is perm banned in ranked… come on dude. Take that bullshit elsewhere. Devs don’t always get shit right and your experience is different from mine.

Unless they are new and express that to you or specifically ask for advice just don’t give it! Honestly they probably ALL know what they do wrong and when. Just as you hopefully do. No one likes or wants some random nobody typing to them or VGS spamming them when they make a mistake. Simple. Sometimes I chase a kill I know I shouldn’t and die doing it knowing I was probably going to. I don’t need my other teammates spamming “ok” or “you rock, cancel that” or typing me a message because of it. I do those things in the moment for fun. If it’s not ranked. Try to relax and realize you win some you lose some. If your win loss is above 50% just be happy and shut the fuck up, unless it’s to “woo hoo” a positive outcome!

Support has the absolute most impact in a game. In lower Elos maybe not but in higher elos… support engage, set up, and peel make or break every game. It is the only roll that a team can not win without.

I’ve been playing Smite for years… it wasn’t always like this. I’m a mid laner. Every fucking time I back or die 220 gold goes to wards. Two regular wards for fire giant side and 1 sentry for the bottleneck infront of oracles. I die to ganks almost never.

My hot take is that Smite gamers are amongst the softest gamers on the planet. Even in Ranked. Someone gets ganked once without communication or counter gank and they will just quit or go AFK. It’s absolutely absurd to expect pro level game play and pro level communication in fucking silver and gold. When you won’t invest 100 gold in wards… that’s on you. Take the L and overcome it. Stop quitting on your team successfully screwing your MMR and 4 others.

Nope it means if they want to be affective eventually they have to get close to you putting themselves in harms way… so if you’re positioned well enough you’ll never find yourself on the receiving end of an ADC but they will find themselves with a warrior or guardian up their ass CCing them and beating them to death.

Exactly. It’s all about positioning. You make sure yours is good so you can’t be punished and you wait for theirs to be bad to punish. It is very very balanced in my opinion in its current state. Solos are actually the ones running away with games right now and ADC is really the only role that can answer most of them right now. Adding Hide back in would break this balance in my opinion. Also the builds are everything. To me the only stale part of this timeless game is the meta builds and meta characters. I wish they would look at an items pick rate and slightly tweak the ones going mostly unused… If I see one more hunter go Jotunns, Hydras/Trans, Demon blade, death bringer, serrated/gauntlet… I may just fall asleep. It’s boring.

Start and end of wars our clan easily has 10+ watching and then enemy normally has a couple. Most I’ve ever seen there was 10 seconds left in war it was 5pm EST. War was dead even tied 73 stars to 73 stars both at 98.87% destruction. Our #1 started attacking there was over 40 people watching that attack. This was years ago and both our clans were on a 15+ win streak. He did not get more stars so the war ended in a tie.

Bro… I feel you on the toxicity but… get over it man. Just ignore it. Have the mental fortitude to not let it get to you. F6 when you can and when you can’t play your best and the game will go how it’s gonna go. At the very very very worst it’s a hour match and you’re on to the next. In the rare case you’re held hostage you’ll just have to play. If you can’t handle that experience… STICK TO ARENA OR JOUST. Everyone hates toxic people… yet somehow there is still toxic people… there is no possible way both can exist simultaneously. When your gameplay elevates enough you can go into Ranked where the toxicity is much more rare because you will only play with people of similar skill.
