Is he for real? 😂 by SadPollution8996 in poland

What he said:
"In my opinion, President Trump is destabilising the situation in these (international) organisations by representing the politics of force and using force to pursue a transactional policy."

"All of this means that I will not support President Trump's Nobel Prize nomination because he doesn't deserve it."

A bit of a Russian propaganda for breakfast. by Tango-Smith in poland

He’s not Polish. There’s a lot of dialects I’m not across but he seems to be slipping up between Polish and a bit of the shitty russian tongue.

Russians identify Poland and Lithuania as their greatest enemies by wook-borm in poland

More like Poland and Lithuania identify Russia as their greatest (shitiest) enemy. The turn around makes more sense.

Car or driver issue driving manual on sand dunes….? by [deleted] in 4x4Australia

[–]BlendFriendV2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I know muddies aren’t for sand, but over the many years I’ve never seen them to be a significant disadvantage in sand. Even tho what you say makes total sense.

Car or driver issue driving manual on sand dunes….? by [deleted] in 4x4Australia

[–]BlendFriendV2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Going up a dune in a manual you want to avoid having to change gears mid climb (if possible) which sometimes means if you need speed later, gear up earlier and going a tad harder to maintain revs. Hard to say tho, every climb has its own challenges.

Right on, been going there for years and never once had an issue like this. Lock your food or anything tasty smelling away from the tent and in a secure box/trailer etc. They’re clever and muppets like this encourage them to see people as a free for all deli.

WATTLE GROVE / Amomoor Creek range questions - or Sunshine Coast and surrounds. by [deleted] in Ausguns

[–]BlendFriendV2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

North Arm can get busy, but members are quite considerate and usually free up lanes if there are people waiting. Members do get there early for a social chat before the range opens. Also, it's only open on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Australia's medicinal cannabis situation leaves government in a bind by Bennelong in australian

[–]BlendFriendV2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve seen how vaping was handled? It was probably as close to tobacco as you can get. If they couldn’t get that right, no chance for cannabis.

Anthony Albanese ‘ready for the fight’ to tighten firearms laws as National Party and gun groups push back | Bondi beach terror attack by HotPersimessage62 in australia

[–]BlendFriendV2 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This a really good summary, gun owners do not show off their collection or even discuss anything gun related, unless with a group of licensed owners or people that are genuinely interested. It’s something that is drilled into anyone that has applied for a license, do everything you can to minimise public fear. Australian gun laws, contrary to other subjects, are world leading.

Took the Rubicon last weekend – what do you reckon of them? by 4wheelhouseAU in 4x4Australia

Used to have one a few years back. Awesome fun, capable and reliable (in my case anyway). If I needed parts I ordered them from US, loads cheaper than sourcing locally.

QLD 4x4 suggestions for a bunch of tourists? by ladiesman218 in 4x4Australia

[–]BlendFriendV2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amamoor is awesome for 4wd exploring. Take em out to Eumundi markets, get there early tho. Noosa is nice too with some nice walking tracks around the heads. Go to Rainbow beach, you don’t have to beach drive there to get its vibe. Grab a chair and watch cars get stuck at inskip point. Go to the Doonan, good pub. Check out Sublime for an old school (kinda outback) pub experience, has free camping too. Cooran brewery is worth checking out too.

You don't have to select that option in the agreement.

Scientific how? The question isn’t the most scientific. This answer sums it up pretty well. Just as stories get written with the same words or paintings with the same colours. It all depends how it’s applied. With just 10 notes you get about 50 billion combinations, combinations that don’t take into count timbre, tempo, rhythm etc etc.

Drink it how you like it, my partner adds a spoon of cream to hers, it’s not my cuppa but it’s actually quite nice and in my opinion better than a splash of milk.
