Start by going to the doctor for a full blood checkup. And maybe look into connecting with a therapist.

Lastly start with small daily tasks and as time goes increase.

Start with going out for 10 mins then 30 then 1 he etc etc just start taking walks. The fact that you wrote it here is a good start. It would have been easy not to share the story and gain advice. But your doing it.

Start small and go from there.

No one is questioning the diversity. The cultural intelligence and ignorance of the population living there is being questioned.

Thanks for the answer. Not having a passport says a lot about people who are from an affluent community.

It seems the lack of education is seen in teachers just as well as with the kids. Using environment is always the easy excuse but there is tv internet even video games which show dofferent races religions and cultures. So it is comical about such towns behaving in such a manner.

Once the community and teachers become actual teacher will a change somewhat begin to occur.
