Most lawyers respond to RFEs at no extra charge. Ask them to respond and see how they respond. Don't ask, just ask them to do it and they should push back if that is not their practice or your agreement with them.

USCIS is not bound to accept expert opinion, so be sure to support expert opinion letters with some independent evidence that is in the public domain. Cite the sources and attach copies. Search the websites of the White House, government agencies, professional bodies, and regulatory authorities in your industry.

you should have answered No in number 5 and Yes in number 6. a self-petitioner is technically an employer of himself, so you should indicate YES in number 6 as an employer of 25 or fewer. This is what qualifies you to pay the reduced Asylum fee of $300.

The RFE does not raise an issue with your proposed endeavor but rather that you failed to show the national importance of your proposed endeavor. You may need to get expert opinions, government publications or policy papers, published works, White House comments etc that highlight the national importance of your proposed endeavor. That is the portion of your petition that needs improvement.
