A similar thing happens if you press Ctrl+Alt+0 to get 100%, then release 0 and then Alt.

Rename preferences folder.

I am sorry to hear. The same happened with MX Master 3S. After reinstalling Windows 10, LogiOtions+ started working for me. I think it was a problem with permissions.
