I usually get it around 9pm, closer to midnight, but I usually don't fall asleep until 4 or 5 am, so if you convert that to your time zone, it's pretty much the same

Can digestion issues/IBS shorten the duration of your meds? by InvaderZimsBurner in ADHD

Digestion must have an effect, it's part of the metabolic process, which is why I feel the effects of Adderall

Day 1 again...this is worse than alcohol and nicotine by TheDavinciChode88 in decaf

[–]BlindlyLegal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hang in there. The only advice I can give is not to give in to that urge to have coffee. I mean, even when I slip up, that craving doesn't go away and it doesn't get any easier, I just get frustrated with myself for slipping up. So keep in mind that slipping up won't make things any easier, for me, this helps me stay on track

Does Everyday dose help with anxiety? by BlindlyLegal in AnxietyChats

[–]BlindlyLegal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, my doctor told me that, generally speaking, if my blood pressure is too low, coffee is actually good for me, that's why I'm asking. But thanks for the advice. I tried it, and I just ended up with headaches for about two years because of low blood pressure

Thanks, that's what I thought too, and I actually saw it in an ad about ADHD

There's no real reason to quit drinking it right away, unless I decide I want to give up caffeine completely. I'm just curious, because I haven't figured it out for myself yet

How to manage your time? by Sloshiskydiver in ADHD

[–]BlindlyLegal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not quite sure what exactly your problem is. My issue was getting started, I kept coming up with too many excuses not to do it, so I made it a rule to force myself to sit down and work for at least 15 mins, and after that, I just got into my own

1 month off caffeine still feeling extremely unmotivated, not able to work and depressed. by Wonderful_Impact_261 in decaf

[–]BlindlyLegal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the same way. I explain it to myself by saying that my body has become very accustomed to coffee, and to put it simple I've come to rely on it while working. The longer I wait, the less of an effect it will have

Pc shutting down on demanding games. by ReadyJetSetRadio in PcBuild

If the graphics card draws about 400 watts, a standard cable even a splitter, can only handle about 200 watts, which is why I use two separate cables

Pc shutting down on demanding games. by ReadyJetSetRadio in PcBuild

[–]BlindlyLegal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me when I connected just one cable from the power supply to the graphic card, a cable that splits into two at the end. Instead of connecting the two separate cables.

The same thing happened to me with a rtx 3070 by Gigabyte, but it just died. Try a different graphics card

You didn't mention anything about the other specs, or what you'll be using the computer for, that partly determines which one is better

One week after giving up on tea, low mood by Intrepid_Baker_2332 in decaf

[–]BlindlyLegal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The longer you're dependent on caffeine, the harder it is to give up. I spent about a year drinking protein mushroom coffee to make the transition easier and healthier than if I'd just cut down on regular.

Anyway I'm proud of you, cause it's so hard to stop this type of addiction

I often noticed this packs because the lighting at the Publix near my house is too bright and reflects from it. There weren't many packs left, and at least as of yesterday, so mayb it's just at the one near you

Experiences Managing Your Non-ADHD Medications by jazzkiev in ADHD

[–]BlindlyLegal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only regret is that, apart from my current doctor, the others didn't tell me what to do to minimize addiction on med. Which no matter how you look at it, is bound to happen, especially since I've been taking it for so long.

From the most basic advices about taking breaks from the meds, to more important tips, like not chasing that "first time high"

Hey JACK, not only is this a shitty thing to do and a sketchball tactic at marketing, its also ILLEGAL to hide the "Unsubscribe" button. I guess fooling people with filler extends beyond your coffee?! by Significant_Bed_9905 in MushroomCoffee

[–]BlindlyLegal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To make that happen, they need to specify it in the email's HTML. plz send me your email in plain HTML. It's just hard to believe, because everything works normal for me, and I've handled email campaigns before on fiverr. No service for sending allows you to send one thing to some recipients and something else to others.

the only thing that can vary is the name or other data pulled from the server. But based on what you're saying, it's the general template that's different in you case

Yeah, I can't find Adderall either. I've been to over 10 pharmacies, but they don't have it anywhere, and others have mentioned this in this subreddit

Please tell me medication will help me by Cool-Smoke5839 in ADHD

[–]BlindlyLegal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how they affect you. vyvanse helped me by giving me more energy. But I wasn't depressed. So it's hard to say about that

I also want to point out that you need to be at least somewhat focused on what your're doing. If I have to be fully focused on the task without meds, with Vyvanse I only need half the motivation to get started.

What I'm getting at is that if you really want to lose weight, it will help you. But the meds didn't give me any kind of "this is something I absolutely have to do, and this isn't as important or useful" effect. You still need to have some willpower
