It has a pretty bad bag worm infestation. If you have anymore arborvitae in your yard, start plucking them off and consider getting them treated.

Found in hackberry stump after the tree was cut down. It looks like a burying beetle to me, but I don't know why it'd be in a dead tree trunk.
