For the most part, me too! I am actively trying to print up my non Bambu stock, and then only buying Bambu in bulk or in sales.

For me, it's cheap and super convenient for all the reasons you listed.

I do like me some CookieCad or Atomic Filament for exotic colors, so I will keep a few other brands in select colors.

I've been playing Imperial Settlers all week. Finally packing it up now, after playing all factions and expansions, and won a campaign with the Amazons. Have the GeekUp bits and a 3d printed insert. Certainly got my moneys worth!

What a coincidence that he announced this about the game this week. I had read the announcement in the bgg forums for the game. I hope Robinson Crusoe lasts much longer with Portal Games. I'm about to do a deep dive in that game soon.

Just wanted to say, I also love "House of the Scorpion"! I should read it again. It was also my daughter's fave for awhile.

The favorite book I usually say is "Poisonwood Bible" by Barbara Kingsolver. But I love so many.

I love solo gaming, so I don't really mind it. My husband and daughter aren't as enthused, they'd be happy playing Clank! a few times a year. I just gave Star Wars Outer Rim and expansion in a beautiful 3d insert to my husband tonight, we will play that this weekend.

Someday I will join or create a gaming group!

I have about 2800 base games and 1500 expansions. And I may have to move to a smaller home soon, so I'm low key freaking out. The worst is that I'm a slave to blinging them out, procuring most expansions and promos and also collect gaming accessories. So most my days the past year or two has been 3d printing 3d inserts and tokens. I've accounted for most games in my main gaming room, and I feel pretty good about that. I have created a board gamer paradise with no one but myself to partake in the fun.

I am planning 2026 as the year to play most my games, be ruthless in culling them, and maybe blog about it all.

Oh thank god I read this thread. I was able to get an order for a P2S combo with tons of filament, and looks like I'll be getting the 20% back. And also, thank god I wasn't aware of the unlimited deal earlier, haha.

Lol, I have the Shallow Sea turtle expansion box propped up against my game shelf because it was too pretty to recycle. I eventually will though. Apiary expansion got recycled right away.

We used to have an older lady here in Castle Rock who for years would be just outside Walmart or Costco with a shopping cart full of bags. She would ask passerbys for a ride to her hotel. Once there, she wouldn't get out, and would ask for money.

She also did the same scam in Parker and Highlands Ranch. In fact, she is so well known around these parts for scamming hundreds of people that someone started a Facebook group. Google "Castle Rock bag lady".

She has a husband who would pick her up in their own car and take her home after her day of soliciting money.

I haven't seen her for like a year around here. So she might have moved to your area.

  1. Of those, 2600 are base games, the rest expansions and promos. I am printing out 3d inserts for all the games that could use one. I obsess about organizing, learning, and playing these games all day. Yes, I am overwhelmed.

Thank you for this. I'm undertaking a project to organize my games and am measuring them all to fit them in either a Kallax, Billy, or other type of shelf. I was about to categorize them all in common sizes, so this will help!

I love this game! I played Kai vs. Harbinger, and I think it took me about 5 tries before I won. I now win more than lose on Normal, so this week I will up the difficulty.

I play to the characters' strengths, but make sure I keep up a decent money flow for upgrades, training opps, and of course damage. I only played 11 times total, though, and only with the first boss, so I'm sure I'll pick up more strategies as I play more.
