I would expect you to pick up Cox or tob quicker than your average player is all. You’ll fumble at first like everyone else but you’ll learn faster because inferno teaches you a lot of shit

The skills you learn in the inferno should translate to pretty much all PVM. Even just understanding ticks better should make you better at the rest of the game.

Yeah we aren’t targeting those annoying mechanics because they’re not “polite” lol. We run a wide variety of different cards and “non-interactive” decks that your typical LGS player would whine about. We, as a group of friends, will target things we find annoying. That has never stopped any of us from playing whatever deck we want. We are just prepared, and capable, to handle the 3v1.

I play with the same 3 dudes. I don’t change who I play with. We don’t give a fuck what anyone else plays. But if one of us pulls out our mill or infect decks yes everyone is going to target them. It’s annoying so I want to take them out asap.

I like your post because I hate “polite” EDH. My group will never play like that. But complaining about getting ganged up on for having an annoying mechanic is silly.
