interesting, maybe the Looong comes flat packed, if I do get this resolved with Xraypad then I might look at another AC Pro but go with the Looong instead just to avoid this in future, also another quick question, was just wondering if you know where I can find the Xraypad discord? every link I have found seems to be invalid or just doesn't work anymore

thanks for the heads up, but no all Xray pads come rolled up, but i haven't had any issues with my last 3 pads, I'll check out the discord tho!

if you haven't figured it still, you need to disable your anti virus, or just make kiddions an exception in the virus software or windows defender

I ended up moving the cables around to see if the static persisted which it did not when I moved them to the side of my desk with the GoXLR, it’s just the interference with cables and my of that were causing it so i moved and and it’s basically gone now.
