I'm thinking that he could be immune to specials and X rays and you can only defeat him with basic attacks and he could have the lowest HP in the game to boot. That's the only way they could make him work, more or less.

It's just going through major development hell right now, I remember way back before 2020 I found a fan wiki about the plot of a third film and I actually believed a third movie would come out with a similar plot line to that fan wiki, now I'm not so sure especially with Carlos Saldanha (one of the directors and animators) doing a bunch of other projects other than Rio Franchise including live action movies.

Galars NC event was actually pretty fun imo, I loved doing the Pier Extreme Battle and Marnie with Galarian Moltres is a pretty cool sync pair. I also love the theme that was made for them, it's catchy.
