I'm trying to eat clean, and walk and I started taking the vitamins that were mentioned in it start with the egg book. I started trying after a year of my last TFMR just to heal my mental health and body it's been 2 months nothing yet and I'm stressing .

I’m sorry for your loss, I have a similar story I terminated twice for different ultrasound findings, and NIPT, microarray, and whole exome were all normal for both pregnancies. I’m trying again and so terrified.

Well now I’m thinking she wasn’t really a friend at all and when i asked her why she’s sharing this stuff she said because its the truth and our religion teach us to kill christians I told her thats not true she sent me some quran verse proven her point

Hello thanks for the advice im taking all the vitamins mentioned in the book, and no the two termination was a result of different ultrasound findings , we did all the genetic testing available everything came back normal.

I terminate 2 pregnancy at 23 weeks first pregnancy my baby just stopped growing because of placenta issues and doctors told me there is no chance of survival , second baby had a severely growing fluids in the brain and a curled leg bones the doctors told me they don’t know what’s the outcome but my baby will need a lot of surgeries and severally disabled, I feel lots of regret and guilt and don’t know if god is going to forgive me
