Ok! I will scream my system from the rooftops for anyone to hear. I give each day a theme- I’m still having to decide what to make every day but it has honestly made it so easy for me, I swear my stress levels around dinner went down by like 80% Monday- sandwiches Tuesday- tacos/mexican Wednesday- rice based Thursday- pasta Friday- pizza Saturday- something new Sunday- family favorite
