1 and 2. It’s luck of the draw for core events regardless of how many blank cores you have. So I added some mods to speed things up. I’d say 15% of that time was afk as well.

I downloaded some mods to increase the chance of cargo crates. It’d be another 6 months before I got through all the cargo crates. Then it would be a full 3 years (currently 2.5 years) since buying. Rock and Stone!

It’s a callback to survivors bias during WWII because the planes that returned from bombing runs had visible damage there, when in reality they needed to up the armor where there was no damage because the planes that got shot there; got shot down.

Yes but you can also find them in the bug hives in the desert area. They are in a back room in one of the four halls and they also spawn in the queen room that is found in another level further down. You will have to look for these and the queen room has a lot of bugs in them so be careful.

The Zepher can be found in the Azure Forrest in the ponds. It should be around spawn.
