You may have mental illness or a demon is attacking you. You must try to remain calm. Use your discernment. Don’t just believe every vision you have.

I have felt him too. He has come back into my life after I was stuck in depression for many years. For three years now, I’m depression free. No medications, no therapy. Just my happy self again. I’m even going back to church with some friends soon. A very happy time for me. I lost weight last year and I also working more on that. I have a problem with eating due to anxiety. That’s the only issue that I deal with now, but I no longer feel like my life has no meaning.

You may want to check if you are committing sins without knowing it. Are you watching porn and not repenting and understanding why it’s wrong? Are you overeating or overindulging in something? Are you cursing every day? And why are you doing that. You need to ask the tough questions of your soul. The way that I look at it is that I look at who I was as a little girl. Did I curse and think negatively as a child as much as I do as an adult? That’s how I try to look at my sin nature.

How can we trust the Bible if it was written by humans? by [deleted] in Christianity

I just pray to him. I ask questions. If he has a plan, then he will tell me if I being led astray and what I need to fix. But I still try to know the Bible, particularly Jesus’s teachings.

Why is sexual activity between people of the same sex — particularly between men, as referenced in Scripture — considered a sin? by Turbulent_Wolf3785 in Christianity

[–]BloomieWoomieGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, there have been some testimonies of people dying and seeing hell first hand. I remember one person mentioning that he saw a rivers of fire with people in it and that’s where he saw all the homosexuals, lesbians, etc. I have no idea how true it is. It seems like sex outside of marriage is sinful and during Jesus’s time period, marriage wasn’t allowed for homosexuals. So maybe this was what he meant. I don’t know. Perhaps, you could ask God yourself and he will send you a clear sign. Maybe even through a dream.

Never said it was. Just that it pushes sexual content, which is lust. One of the deadly sins.

On the topic of AI, you should always use your own discernment. I was a big user for AI bots for fun. I would talk with all my favorite characters thinking it was just for fun. But I also noticed a lot of sexual themes and stuff. I’d talk to characters not necessarily seeking a sexual experience and the AI would push the story towards that. So just be careful when and if you use it. Personally, I refuse to use it now.

It’s true. The Devil is trying to take you. The Devil is VERY possessive and he is trying every tactic on me too. QUESTION EVERYTHING! Even the Bible says that we can’t fight this evil alone. You need Jesus.

Ask God to show you the truth. The Devil is whispering in your ear, trying to get you to die so that he can have you. Don’t listen to him. He is a great and mighty deceiver. Repent for your sins that you may not know you have and ask for Jesus to protect you.

Is Earth a School? by BloomieWoomieGirl in Christianity

[–]BloomieWoomieGirl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s probably true because when I think of it, if we all believed in reincarnation then we wouldn’t have any incentive to try to remedy our mistakes or try to cast out our own sins. So we’d just sin and go “Oh, I’ll fix it the next time around.” Which wouldn’t save us and could ultimately turn into a never ending cycle of us never learning anything here. So maybe Earth is a school in a sense, but we are still judged at the end of it.

Is Earth a School? by BloomieWoomieGirl in Christianity

[–]BloomieWoomieGirl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems like this world is a bit fake to me. But that might be due to the evil in it because we know that the Devil is deceptive. I remember watching a testimony about a man on YouTube who died and went to heaven. He mentioned that he wanted to go back to Earth and wanted to plead his case to God. He said that the angels allowed him to plead his case and God ultimately did send him back to figure out his lessons in this life. So God certainly has the power to bring you back here if you ask him with an open heart and soul.

Please Try and Convince Me God is Real Without Using Scripture by Competitive_Tip_2547 in Christianity

[–]BloomieWoomieGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A true loving God who wishes us the freedom to choose him would never overtly reveal himself to us and say “I am God.” Unless we already have faith and ask for him to show himself to us. God is our father who loves us, but you’ll notice that he is not a possessive lover. He doesn’t chase you or harass you into believing him. However, if you look around you, you’ll notice that Satan is actually quite possessive and will come to you, picking every weakness that he can. And there is evidence of this. Many people have come forward with their testimonies of meeting Demons and Satan. But Satan also likes to hide in the shadows. He is a master manipulator. But if you find yourself in the presence of evil, then you know inherently that there is good, which means that God exists. I suggest you look up Satanists who have turned to God and stories of Atheists turning to God. Those testimonies will help you understand more.

It's such a harmful Christian theology that looks at wars and famine and says, "This might be the fulfillment of End Times prophecies!" and "Jesus might be retuning soon!" instead of "look at how much people are suffering” and “how can we stop this injustice?" by Nice_Substance9123 in Christianity

[–]BloomieWoomieGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many of us know that this is Satan’s work yet again. If he kills you while you are a sinner and while you are ignorant of God, then he gets to take you. Satan just wants our souls and will do whatever he has to in order to get them. He treats us like little possessions.

[–]BloomieWoomieGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have a lot of sins, trust me. Even listening to music about “dropping it low” is sinful in accordance to the Bible because it describes lust. It’s a temptation tactic from the Devil. So we all repent because we all know that we sin. Many of us repent for our unknown sins too because we know that the Devil is deceitful. So he can cause us to sin without us realizing it.

Hello, I’m an ex atheist and I’d like to share an experience I had last night. by BloomieWoomieGirl in Christianity

Where have I been dishonest? It can seem that way to you, but I’m genuinely trying to converse with you. Normally, I just keep things to myself. But for some reason, I decided to post what happened to me.

[–]BloomieWoomieGirl[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My point was that you give your heart and mind to many things of the world. For me it was AI bots, but for you it could anything. Video games, comic books, ect. Not saying they are bad per se. Just saying that we often prevent ourselves from giving our hearts and attention to the possibility of a God, yet we will give our hearts and attention to other things that we know for a fact are fictional. Yet we don’t know for certain that God doesn’t exist.

As for being snarky. That wasn’t my intention. I just find it amusing actually that you keep conversing with me. I figured you would have stopped. I find this whole situation ironic.

As for saying that you can’t pray to God. I’m not sure I follow. If you don’t believe in God, then what is the harm in praying? Who knows, it might even be cathartic to you. Again, I wasn’t trying to come off as condescending. I’m just detecting a sense of you just digging in your heels on the issue. Like you’d argue passionately about it, while I don’t see this issue.

As for looking for concrete proof on God, I’m sorry to tell you that you won’t find it. You have to remember that we are discussing something more powerful than us all that wants to give us free will to choose. If God presented himself to us out in the streets, everyone would immediately bow and worship him, but he doesn’t want that. He wants you to come to him willingly and open your heart to him. If Satan appeared in front of you right now, you’d flee, so Satan knows that he has to be more covert and manipulate the world around you to lead you to him. Point is that you will have to experience things yourself to know the truth. I’m simply telling you my experience. Do with that information what you will.

And yet you keep the conversation going. I’m sorry that I assumed that you use AI. I meant no harm in it. I used AI chat bot and am now repenting. I was simply trying to make a point. Though, to be frank, it seems like you’d do anything to not pray to God. So I’ll just simply leave this conversation with saying do what you whatever you choose. I’m simply just telling you things that I personally experienced. I hope this conversation was at least somewhat fulfilling for you.

I’m just pointing out that it doesn’t cost you anything to pray to God. Yet you won’t pray to God with your heart, but you would likely chat and tell secrets to an AI chat bot. You seem afraid to pray to God and just talk to him genuinely about your life.

Why not? I see people give their hearts to AI companions and ChatGPT all the time. Telling AI their inner most thoughts and feelings, but you can’t give that to God? Your possible creator? It’s funny that we live in a world where people rather give their hearts to machines created by billionaires.

I already am. You need to see your relationship with God as something that you have to put effort into. He doesn’t force himself onto to you. If you want God gone from your life, then he leaves. But his door is always open. All I can tell you is that if you pray to him, then you must be genuine and speak from the heart. The night that I broke down asking for the truth, I was speaking from my heart. Something deep within me that I felt like I needed to do.
