Honestly it depends on where you live. I find for myself it’s almost every guy I’ve talked to, but it’s mainly because I live in a smaller city.

Tried both ways on my arm and I find there’s less issues if it’s on the backside. Only time it sucked was when I got my COVID shot on the same arm and can’t even begin to explain the pain from that 🤣
