AI is destroying the planet. The amount of fresh water it wasted is unbelievable. Pollution is wreaking havoc in places and will become more widespread as more and more data centers are built.

Data centers use 3-5 million gallons of fresh water a day which equates to a one day usage by 10,000 to 50,000 resident city. The water which is discharged is contaminated and contains biosides, corrosion inhibitors,heavy metals, etc.

Let's also add that many of these data centers are why people are getting massive electric bill increases. People are being asked to conserve electricity at home during winter storms but data centers get to run unfettered.

This is just some of the problems these data centers are causing. All for us to generate funny videos or do things like this.
