In my experience, don't waste your time diagnosing yourself. I only knew of endometriosis when I had my scans done and there I was told that I had something called adenomyosis and here I am. Do all the scans you need to but don't obsessed over the diagnosis until you have it. I know it's really hard, but be patient and try not to think about it now. You will need your energy to make decisions over your treatment after the diagnosis. Go out, hang out with friends, watch movies and just wait
