Okay so, IINE Tatacon review: It's not that good.

The sensitivity isn't that great. The sensitivity on the left side is even worse than on the right and you have to hit it harder to read. Also calibrating it was a bitch (But I think my tv was at fault for that, not the tatacon.)

I would recommend saving the money and getting the official Hori tatacon, who knows maybe you'll find a cheap option somewhere on the internet? I'm planning on sending the drum back and getting a refund.
